🌺 A Personal Note: As a fellow nurse, I've been through the journey from new grad RN to now.... an I'd say an intermediate nurse (it kind of depends on the day lol). Nursing can certainly be a tricky field especially when first starting out. As a 2 year nurse, here are my little tips that I found along the way.
